The goal is straightforward: let the colony leave, prevent re-entry, and repair the building in the correct order. Tall properties make that work more demanding because the openings may sit along repeating joints, mechanical screens, parapets, masonry, or other exterior details far above the ground.

Rope and lift access
Crews use rope systems when a wall or platform cannot be reached efficiently from the roof, ground, or a lift. A typical rope setup uses Petzl descenders, ASAP secondary devices, 10 mm or 11 mm ropes, and separate primary and secondary lines. Lifts are rented through national equipment providers when the building calls for them.
Safety and occupied buildings
Work plans follow OSHA rappelling procedures and account for the people and operations below the repair area. Hospitals, hotels, apartment buildings, universities, and active commercial properties may require controlled work zones, adjusted schedules, and coordination with the property team.
Private by default
Commercial clients often do not want a wildlife problem connected to their public identity. Project records, photographs, and case studies stay private unless the client approves their use.
